Items We Will Be Requesting:
- Current mortgage statement(s) if property is financed
- Copy of the investment property homeowner’s insurance declaration page (landlords policy).
- Lease agreement (if applicable).
- Clear copy of your driver's license and social security card (or valid passport).
- List of all properties owned (i.e. address, value, loan amounts, payments, rents received, type of property)
- Once items received will send a Docusign link with a mini application and authorization to fill out and sign/date.
